Refund Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work.
Eligibility
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email care@tifco.in within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
